Audit results generated by GeoBay are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute commercial, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. AI visibility scores, brand mention data, and prescriptions reflect the state of publicly available AI systems at the time the audit was run and may change without notice.

GeoBay makes no guarantee that following any prescription will result in improved AI citations, increased traffic, or any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on the information provided.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all brand information, domain names, and keywords you submit to GeoBay. By submitting information, you represent that:

• You own or have authorization to audit the brand or domain you submit.
• The information you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You will not use GeoBay to conduct audits of brands or domains you do not have rights to.

GeoBay is offered as a subscription service billed at $49/month (or the current rate displayed at checkout). Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use GeoBay to: (a) scrape or reverse-engineer our platform; (b) submit automated or bulk requests beyond normal usage; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other users; or (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

GeoBay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoBay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

GeoBay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
